In N.B . Khare v . State of Delhi -LRB- AIR 1950 SC 211 -RRB- , the Supreme Court held that the mere fact that the externment order depended on the subjective satisfaction of the Executive , and there was no provision for judicial review in the impugned Act , did not render it invalid .
